After 5 years of conflict, Syria remains one of the most dangerous places to be a child.

The ongoing conflict in Syria has caused the largest humanitarian crisis since World War 2, with the lives of more than 8 million children in danger. Children's worlds have been turned upside down by this brutal conflict. So many have lost family friends and schools. So many have been forced to flee their homes.

Every day, Syrian children face unspeakable violence, a lack of food and increased disease.

In and around Syria, children and families urgently need food, clean water, and health care, as well as life saving protection from violence and the chance to live in safety. Malnutrition, especially to the young and most vulnerable children is a real threat. Your sponsorship can help provide life saving food to desperately hungry children.
Children are in danger of exploitation and abuse, early marriage, child labour and recruitment by armed groups. The scale of the crisis for children is unprecedented and so is the response of Unicef.

Unicef has launched it's largest ever appeal to provide humanitarian aid to children and families affected by the crisis in Syria. Unicef is delivering life saving food, clean water and vaccines as well as providing education and protection services to Syrian families. In 2015, in Syria alone, they treated more than 13000 children for malnutrition. But they need your help to reach every child in danger.
